PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Several leadership positions in the Agricultural Credit Corporation. Deputy Director General of the Agricultural Risk Management Fund. Lecturer at Philadelphia University; Business school; Jordan.

An International Consultant in many Syrian organizations such as: Assistance Coordination Unit (ACU), Strategic Planning Unit (SPU), Local Development Organization (LDO), a member of the Syrian Academic Experts Group (SAE), and Academic Center for Development and Peace Studies (ACDP).

Researcher, and Author in Agricultural Finance, Microfinance and SMEs, Islamic Finance, Governance, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Social and Rural Economics, Food Security, and Agricultural Issues.

Knowledge Production:

Books: 1. Agricultural Engineering Profession Ethics. 2.Islamic Finance Theory, Application and Risk Management. 3.Microfinance Concepts and Practices.
