  • Deep physiological study on the movement of mineral elements in order to determine the appropriate concentrations in the nutrient medium for the tissue culture palm.
  • Anatomical study of biopsies used in the tissue culture palm.
  • Determine the optimum temperature degree in tissue culture palm seedling. (26-28 c)
  • Determine the optimum lighting in tissue culture palm seedling.
  • Study of the optimal air movement in glass house.
  • Study of the conditions of appropriate soil mixture for acclimatization tissue culture palm seedling.
  • Study quantities and concentrations of appropriate mineral elements for palm seedling growth during acclimatization.
  • Study the dynamic changes of some chemical content in biopsies used for tissue culture palm (enzymes and proteins, etc.).
  • Taxonomical study of some palm varieties cultivated in Syria.
  • Taxonomical study of the fig trees in Syria.
