Hold a master’s degree from food science-Agriculture faculty at Aleppo University (2010), my contributions range from Food security and livelihood project. A researcher in Department of Olive Research, Idleb/Syria for 8 years-general commission for scientific agricultural researches, chemical analyst in laboratory of olive oil for chemical and sensorial analysis, and a lecturer at Aleppo University – Faculty of Agriculture, Department of olive, a member of Syrian academics at risk.

-Carrying out of tests and scientific researches, and procedure the chemical analysis for olive oil samples, in the laboratory of olive oil.

-Assistant of master and doctorate students for carrying out the chemical and Statistical analysis which required for their researches

-participant in the Cara Syria Programme Workshops on English for Academic Purpose & Academic Skills Development.

-A lecturer in training course of integrated olive management, which composed by GIZ organization

-Olive oil tasting expert. Faculty of Experimental Sciences, Department of Chemical Engineering, Environmental and Materials Engineering, University of Jaen.
